Sorry, but I think I out-geek you: Comp Sci major long ago and still in the IT biz.

Nothing like going to a party, mentioning that you're a programmer and seeing eyes glaze over while looking for an escape; unless the other person is also a programmer, in which case it turns into a geek-fest.
