I'm surprised that your Docs were the same as Brandon's in price. I remember watching a program once that uncovered that--although women's clothes and products are usually the same as men's except in small ways (buttons on a different side, different packaging et al)--women's stuff is usually considerably more expensive, presumably because women shop based on aesthetics and men based more on bargains. (Though they've never met me, obviously! :^P)
