You know, I think they're in collusion across the whole country....

Perhaps if these agencies weren't run by dumb-as-stumps, friend-of-a-friend political appointees and instead by people who had earned their position through merit and actual work (ass-kissing doesn't count), there wouldn't be such rampant idiocy in all branches of government.

Probably a hollow hope...but I like to poke fun at political appointees.
