Well that is my Rhapsy!verse of approaching things. In the Inner Light where everything is told from Erestor's perspective, he does see Fëanor, his speech on that square in Tirion, the way he stands there as a shining beacon in the light. This same light is to be seen in Maglor when Erestor chooses him as his lord and Maglor's perhaps gentler but steadfast leadership (aka the Inner Light) is something Erestor remains loyal to and finds strength in, his own solid beacon to which he can always turn to. Even after Erestor looses his wife, is send away on his own path by Maglor and they meet again... At last, that is the thought behind that fic.
I occasionally get a big golden head nudging under my elbow as I type ... ;)
LOL Kevin is less subtle, during the day he just makes sure his toys are on my desk or he presses a book in my hand with that look: mommy, want to read a book with me. How can I refuse?
