Essay:

The United States has often used humanitarianism as a reason for its foreign policies. However, what is America's true obligation to improve human life around the globe? Should we ignore genocide in Sudan as long as it does not threaten our national security? And were Maitimo and Findekano really lovers, or were they just friends?
