So you ground your own wheat? ;^) I love fresh mozzarella. There's a dairy up in VT that makes a whole milk buffalo mozzarella that is to die for...and given the fat content, yes, it takes years off your life.

As an aside, Mykonos is my fave of Fleet Foxes. I love the band.
