We currently buy our eggs from a local farm that (need I even say it? :D) does all free range. There really is no comparison!

So you ground your own wheat?
Not yet! ;) The crust falls into the homemade category but not yet the home-grown, kinda like the milk to make the cheese. (And the enzymes and cheese salt! Actually, those last two might be a bit beyond us ... ;)
As an aside, Mykonos is my fave of Fleet Foxes. I love the band.
I had no idea you were a Foxes fan! They're vying with the Mediaeval Baebes for second place in my heart right now. (Scythian is always first.) My favorite is "Midwinter Hymnal." I also have an o-fic story working in my head right now, inspired by "Tiger Mountain Peasant Song." (Currently playing! :D)
