My cough persists; I wasn't aware that I'd taken up smoking as a habit, but I sure have a smoker's cough.

I had bronchitis really bad one year, and once I got better, I still had the cough. But eventually, it turned out that the cough is actually part of my allergies. Instead of sneezing and that lot, I cough. I sound worse than a smoker, and I don't smoke!

When it gets bad, the people at work start cracking jokes. It's funny really... ;-)
