I was lazy and didn't take AP bio. ;P Though it worked out nicely, because Bio102 was an easy GPA booster!
Textbooks are such a rip-off.
No kidding! Luckily I think I got around $60 for my bio book - still not cool, but better than 10%. Science books are the worst too, because they always have new editions so you can't buy them used. Grr. At one point, the bookstore offered me $1 for some book. I said, "Heck no!"
I borrowed both my chemistry book and my genetics book from a friend who had taken the class, but wasn't using the book that semester. Go me.
