Our problem is that our supplier is the government...and we all know how that goes. I mean, these are the people who shut down our network last summer because they ran over the wire with a lawnmower. No one thought, "Doh! Wire on the lawn! I should move that before rolling the lawnmower over it!"

But our Internet goes down every few months for whatever reason, at which point my boss has to wrangle with our IT people to fix it, so...yeah. Been there too. ;)
