Yep, "musician" is currently in second place for the last question; "Elrond and Elros" is in first. I think it's important to him, certainly, but I don't find that it gives me the same sort of information as other known aspects of his character anymore than my identifying as a "writer of stories" means that I am a soft-hearted pacifist vegetarian (which I am) and not ruthless and aggressive. It'd be interesting to see--without the musician aspect--how the same textual information would lead to the development of his character by fanfic writers.
