She and Dorothy are currently vying to be top hen! Dice is the biggest (though Dot is catching up), but Dot is one tough hen!
She's the one I was chasing around the yard yesterday ... :^/
I made a lasagna with that last week (instead of the usual cheese topping), it was delicious!
Fresh moz is awesome! I used to be able to get it from the organic market near my former job, and we got hooked on pizzas made with it during last year's blizzard. We had four pizzas in two weeks! :D
