It was easy to make; we haven't tasted it yet, but I'll let you know after we have pizzas tonight! :) All it required was whole milk, rennet, and cheese salt. It took about a half-hour to make, most of the time of which was spent stirring and checking the temperature to keep it at the ideal temp for enzyme activity. Our cheese-making book recommends moz as a good one for beginners. (We made sour cream last week, but that was so easy as to be boring!)
