Everyone I've talked to is having the same problem. I saw a posting on lj_maintenance (I think) saying that because they just moved locations, their new IP address is being eaten by some spam filters.
Yet some of the emails come through and some don't....
(I think there's more to it than that, but I'm not geeky enough to be sure!)
